HOUSE BILL NO. 114 (efd add) "An Act allowing the Board of                     
Nursing to authorize an advanced nurse practitioner to dispense                
medical, therapeutic, and corrective measures; and providing for an            
effective date" was read the second time.                                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 114 (efd add) be advanced to third reading and placed on              
final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
